1.) No modifications to factory production R/C vehicles (factory production dual motor 4wd R/C vehicles only)
                 a) Two R/C non-cobalt motors 
                      (1) No modifications allowed, except a), (2) and (3)
                                  (2) The brushes and springs may be changed with only types 
                                      intended for R/C motors
                                  (3) The brush hoods that came with that motor may be 
                                        removed and reinstalled for commutator maintenance only 
                                        (example, cleaning, polishing, turning)
                                  (4) Adjustable end bell motors are allowed.
                                        Ball bearings are allowed in adjustable end bell motors 
                                        Adjustable end bell motors have a maximum suggested
                                        retail price of $50 dollars 
                                  (5) Fixed end bell motors may not be opened and
                                        cobalt or neodym magnets are not allowed
                                        Ball bearings are not allowed in fixed end bell motors
                                  (6) Custom made motors are not allowed
                 b) Pinion gear may be changed
                                  (1) No other gear changes are permitted
                                  (2) No additional gears or gearboxes are permitted
                                  (3) No modifications of gear cases are permitted
                                  (4) Adjustable motor mounts are permitted 
                 c) Bushings may be replaced with roller bearings in the vehicle. 
                 d) Suspension must be original equipment for that vehicle
                                  (1) Original wheel base must be maintained
                                  (2) The transmission support bracket B11 may be replaced 
                                  (3) One shock minimum per tire
                                  (4) Original suspension may be locked
                 e) Any scale appearing body is allowed
                 f) Counter weights and weight racks may be added
                                  (1) Weights that are seen must appear to be real and within 
                                        scale
                 g) Hitch may be added
                 h) No other modifications will be permitted
                                  (1) With the exception of rule number #6a, 6b, 6c, and 7b
 
2.) Weight
                 a) Maximum gross vehicle weight is twelve pounds (12 lbs.)

3.) Hitch
                 a) Maximum hitch height is four inches (4") 
                 b) The hitch must be mounted to the vehicle in such a way as to not 
                      permit any movement
                 c) Adjustable hitches are allowed, but must be locked when pulling
           d) The hitch must incorporate a minimum of a 5/16" inch hole,  and be
                located no more than 1/2" inch from the rear edge of the hitch so the 
                sled hook will reach the hole
                 e) Extra unusable hitch holes must be sealed
                 f) Vertical holes requiring the sled hook to be hooked horizontally are 
                      not allowed 
 
4.) Battery (s)
                 a) Seven (7) 3000 mah max  nickel cadmium or nickel hydride batteries 
                     labeled at 1.2  volts each are permitted,
                 b) Batteries may be relocated 
                 d) Hand-built battery packs are permitted 
 
5.) Length/Width - must include all parts, weight rack, body, hitch, etc. of pulling 
      vehicle
                 a) Maximum vehicle length is twenty inches (22")
                 b) Maximum vehicle width is sixteen inches (16")
 
6.) Tires
                 a) Maximum tire diameter is six and one half inches (6-1/2"). 
                     Jig must pass easily over tire without force.
                 b) Maximum tire width is four and one half inches (4-1/2"). 
                      Jig must pass easily over tire without force.
                 c) Tires may be changed
                  d) Rims may be changed
                 e) Tires may be cut
                 f) Dual wheels are not permitted
                 g) Tire chains, added spikes, pins, etc. are not permitted
 
7.) Differential
                 a) Differential must be original for that vehicle
                 b) Differential may be locked
                 c) No "after market differentials" will be permitted     
 
8.) Tech
                 a) The decisions of the Tech Official (s), regarding rule compliance, and
