MEETING agenda

This month's meeting will be on April 12th at 7:00 pm at the Hanger in Central Square.

The club will provide pizza and wings, Jim will bring the veggies and dip. If anyone would like to bring a dish to pass, let Jim know.

We will continue to discuss the direction of the club, the Tune-Up pull and the Dirt Nationals.

Our last meeting was on March 8th at the Hanger and it started at 7:15 pm. Audrey and myself went over the list of past due awards for BEE-TEE to make and we hope to have them to pass out at the Dirt National's.

We also discussed the Tune-up pulling times, and they were Friday tune and test, Saturday was two (2) rounds of qualifying and Sunday was one (1) round of qualifying and finals (fun time was had by all).

Tony Cesario suggested that we change the cost of pulling on a weekly bases from $3.00 per vehicle to $6.00 per puller and then you could pull all your vehicles (in hopes of getting other trucks out of the closet to come and play.)

The Fire and Ice show (3-11-06) was talked about, and Dave said he did not hear back from the show so the club did not attend it. It's too bad, because I think it's the show to be at.

Also on the agenda was the Dirt Nationals. We will be having a 50/50 raffle per round of qualifying and tickets to buy for a RTR Lunch Box pulling truck. There will be a fun pull at the end of the day. $1.00 per try to see how close you can get to the 29? line in one pass without stopping (should be fun). A plaque will be awarded to the winner. The meeting ended at 8:25pm.

For anyone who missed the Hangar Pull, the Winter Super Pull, or the Tune-Up Pull, you should put some serious effort into getting to the Dirt Nationals. A great time was had by all at each of these pulls. Don't miss this one.
