R/C Pullers of CNY

 

Dear Sponsor,

 

                We are asking for a $35.00 dollar donation to sponsor a class at this years Dirt National. It is a radio controlled miniature truck and tractor pull held at the “Hanger” in Central Square New York.

                If you should choose to sponsor a class, you will receive in return your name displayed on a poster board near the track and on our website.  Also, over the course of the weekend each time the class you have sponsored is called to come up to the technical inspection table in preparation of starting the class, your sponsorship will be announced.  This announcement will contain your name and a statement about you.  If you have a curtain announcement in mind please list it below.  Your announcement may be used as much as six times over the weekend.  After the event, in an attempt to express our appreciation, we create a framed “thank you “ which contains an over view of the results of the class and your sponsorship name.  This “thank you” is of a quality that it can be displayed in your home or office.  Thank you for your support.
